Meditation with the Ancient Bonsai WEB SLIDER (1100 x 600 px)

Meditation with the Ancient Bonsai is a guided mindfulness session focused on breath awareness. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, this practice offers a restorative pause in a peaceful garden setting.

Parking & Check-In

Please park in Shinzen Garden’s parking lot. A greeter will meet you at the gate.
Woodward Park parking passes can be purchased at the kiosk in the Shinzen parking lot.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. We begin promptly at 8:30 AM, and once the class starts, the gates will be locked.

Seating

Chairs are provided. If you prefer to sit on the ground, please bring a mat or cushion, plus a protective layer (such as a towel or blanket) to keep it clean from the garden’s decomposed granite.

What to Wear

Dress warm and comfortable for outdoor conditions.
